Geçtiğimiz günlerde Güzel İrem ve ekibiyle Antalya'da tüp mide ameliyatına gittim. Gerçekten onları biraz suçlayamam. Havaalanına varışımızdan sevimli hemşirelerin bakacağı otele transferimize kadar her şey o kadar sorunsuzdu ki. Hiç sorun yaşamadım İrem bana her şeyi anlattı ve beni rahatlattı. Başka kimseye tavsiye etmem. Benim için yaptığın her şey için tekrar çok teşekkür ederim İrem.

I couldn’t have asked for any better- from the VIP transfers to the hospital .. the actual surgery .. the care I received from everyone including the nurses. The surgeon checks up on the before and after surgery. Irem was with me the whole way if I needed her - she is a wee gem! The hotel was lovely…. If I could give my experience of this surgery 10 stars I would. I’m back home 6 weeks tomorrow and feeling fine!! I didn’t even have the gas pain afterwards! I could go on and on about my treatment but honestly, if you’re in doubt - do it! Just wish I had sooner.

Ich kann diesen Ort jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Arbeiten erledigen möchte. Ich kann wirklich nicht erklären, wie außergewöhnlich sie vom Anfang bis zum Ende waren. Super sauberer und freundlicher Ort, der Sie wie einen VIP behandelt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter kümmert sich wirklich um Sie und sorgt stets dafür, dass es Ihnen gut geht. Ich hatte sogar ständig Reinigungskräfte, die zu mir kamen und sich vergewisserten, dass es mir gut ging oder ob ich etwas brauchte. Außerdem gab es eine tolle Dame namens Irem, die mir bei allem behilflich war, und sie hielt auch den Kontakt zu meinem Mann, der zu Hause war, um ihm zu sagen, dass bei mir alles in Ordnung sei, und versicherte ihm die ganze Zeit, während ich mich erholte. Aber ehrlich gesagt ist die Erklärung meiner Erfahrung nichts im Vergleich zur tatsächlichen Erfahrung. Ich kann sie nicht genug empfehlen

Highly recommend!!!! Went for a gastric sleeve, the staff are absolutely lovely, kind and caring. From the minute I arrived everything was amazing, wasn't waiting around everything moved along really fast the care from the staff is incredible. I'm so glad I went through with it.

J'ai vécu une expérience inoubliable, merci pour votre service. Ils rendent les traitements abordables par rapport aux autres. L'hôpital dans lequel j'ai été admis était extrêmement agréable, très propre et spacieux, le personnel s'occupera correctement de vous et prendra soin de vous. Tout a été réglé depuis la prise en charge à l'aéroport, les tests en laboratoire, les soins de suivi après l'opération et tout. Je suis vraiment reconnaissant pour le travail que vous faites, j'espère que vous aiderez beaucoup plus de personnes

Quelle expérience fantastique. À notre arrivée à Antalya, nous avons été accueillis par un chauffeur de transfert privé qui nous a conduits confortablement à l'hôpital (un véritable hôpital, pas une petite clinique). Là, j'ai rencontré Irem qui m'a accueilli chaleureusement, moi et mon mari, et parlait un anglais excellent. Elle a répondu à toutes les questions et a pu me calmer complètement. Irem était incroyablement compétente – avec sa propre expérience en soins infirmiers – nous savions donc que j'étais entre de bonnes mains. Deux heures après mon arrivée à l'hôpital (très propre), j'avais subi une multitude de tests de santé physique utilisant des équipements de haute technologie - ces tests auraient eu lieu pendant des mois au Royaume-Uni, donc j'ai été impressionné ! Les installations étaient propres, bien rangées et le personnel extrêmement sympathique. Nos chambres privées avec salle de bains privative étaient nettoyées régulièrement, avec des serviettes et des couvertures fraîches tous les jours, voire plus souvent. Mon mari qui voyageait avec moi s'est vu offrir 3 repas par jour à l'hôpital. J'ai rencontré le chirurgien - qui pratique uniquement la chirurgie bariatrique - qui s'est montré très sympathique et encouragé à poser des questions. Il m'a expliqué, avec l'aide d'Irem, ce qui allait se passer et combien de temps je serais en chirurgie, etc. Le jour où j'ai été emmené au bloc opératoire, tout s'est parfaitement bien passé. J'ai été suivie très régulièrement par les plus charmantes infirmières pour s'assurer que mon état postopératoire était bon. Rien n'était trop leur demander, ils sont très efficaces et toutes les procédures ont été effectuées absolument comme vous le verriez au Royaume-Uni (juste plus rapidement). J'ai eu une conversation en tête-à-tête avec un diététicien qui m'a expliqué mon parcours d'émaciation après l'opération. Je suis très détaillé. On m'a donné un sac géant contenant des vitamines, des poudres de protéines, de la documentation concernant mon opération chirurgicale - à quoi m'attendre, etc., ainsi qu'une copie complète de mes notes médicales. J'ai été emmené par transfert privé à l'hôtel, qui était charmant et situé dans un endroit fabuleux. Mon mari et moi étions très à l'aise. Je recommanderais cette entreprise de tout cœur. Je pense qu'il y a toujours l'inquiétude de « partir à l'étranger » pour une opération chirurgicale, mais j'ai été très impressionné par l'efficacité, la propreté, la gentillesse et les connaissances de l'équipe tout au long du processus. Je crois que vous obtenez plus que ce que vous payez et je suis très heureux de commencer mon nouveau parcours de perte de poids après l'opération. Je suis maintenant à la maison sans douleur résiduelle, je m'habitue juste à mon nouveau régime alimentaire et à mon petit ventre. Merci a tous! Je vous remercie vraiment x Traité par : Mme İrem GÜLER

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

Manchon gastrique. Bridge Health Travel compte la dame la plus extraordinaire, Irem, qui, à mon avis, est le cœur et l'âme de Bridge Health Travel. Son service client est au-delà des niveaux attendus. Chaque question, du premier point de contact au soutien continu après l'opération, est traitée efficacement et rapidement. Le chirurgien était compétent et s'est enregistré plusieurs fois avant et après l'opération. Le personnel de l'hôpital était sympathique et serviable. Dans l'ensemble, je n'ai rien à reprocher à mon expérience. Je ne suis qu'à un peu plus d'une semaine après l'opération jusqu'à présent, je ne regrette rien et je suis heureux d'avoir utilisé Bridge Health Travel dans le cadre de mon voyage.

Travelled for surgery which took place on 16th January 2023, before, on arrival and throughout my stay I was well looked after. Irem was on hand through the whole process, answered any questions or concerns and really went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant and stress free process. Went for a gastric balloon and I got a special and great service and attention from moment 1! Pick up from airport and staff was incredibly amazing.. attentive. Hotel provided with an excellent view and pick up from hotel to hospital was even better! Hospital attention was 10/10 they are all kind and attentive. Special thanks to the host Irem which has absolutely amazing! Kind and helpful giving excellent tips. Highly recommended! I hope to see them soon!

Wow, was soll ich sagen? Dank Bridge Health Travel (Irem) hatte ich die beste Erfahrung. Alles wurde besprochen, bevor ich überhaupt in ein Flugzeug stieg. Sobald Sie im Medstar-Krankenhaus ankommen, wird Irem Sie mit einem Lächeln erwarten!! Sie werden sofort aufgenommen und die Tests beginnen (sie verschwenden keine Zeit). Nach meiner Operation wurde ich immer von den Krankenschwestern/meinem Chirurgen und Irem untersucht. Für eine Operation ins Ausland zu gehen, hat mich zu Tode erschreckt, aber jetzt, wo ich es erlebt habe, würde ich es 100 % empfehlen und wieder dorthin zurückkehren! Ich bin jetzt fast eine Woche nach der Operation zu Hause und habe 1 Stein abgenommen – ich fühle mich fantastisch!! Vielen Dank an alle von Bridge Health Travel, die mir geholfen haben, ein besserer und gesünderer Mensch zu werden

Ne harika bir deneyim. Antalya'ya indiğimizde bizi rahat bir şekilde hastaneye (gerçek hastane, küçük bir klinik değil) götüren özel bir transfer şoförü tarafından karşılandık. Orada kendimi ve kocamı sıcak bir şekilde karşılayan ve mükemmel İngilizce konuşan İrem ile tanıştım. Tüm soruları cevapladı ve sinirlerimi tamamen sakinleştirmeyi başardı. İrem, kendi hemşirelik tecrübesiyle inanılmaz derecede bilgili biriydi, bu yüzden emin ellerde olduğumu biliyorduk. (Çok temiz) hastaneye geldikten 2 saat sonra, yüksek teknolojili ekipmanlar kullanılarak çok sayıda fiziksel sağlık testi yaptırdım - bu testler Birleşik Krallık'ta aylar boyunca yapılmış olacaktı, bu yüzden etkilendim! Tesisler temiz, düzenli ve personel son derece cana yakındı. Özel banyolu odalarımız, daha sık olmasa da her gün temiz havlu ve battaniyelerle düzenli olarak temizlendi. Benimle seyahat eden eşime hastaneden günde 3 öğün yemek ikram edildi. Sadece bariatrik cerrahi uygulayan cerrahla tanıştım, çok arkadaş canlısıydı ve soruları teşvik ediyordu. İrem'in yardımıyla neler olacağını, ne kadar süre ameliyatta kalacağımı vs. anlattı. Ameliyata alındığım gün her şey yolunda gitti. Ameliyat sonrası durumumun iyi olduğundan emin olmak için en sevimli hemşireler tarafından düzenli olarak takip edildim. Hiçbir şey çok fazla sorun yaratmadı, çok etkililer ve tüm prosedürler Birleşik Krallık'ta göreceğiniz gibi (sadece daha hızlı) tam olarak yapıldı. Ameliyat sonrası israf yolculuğumu çok detaylı bir şekilde anlatan bir diyetisyenle 1-2-1 sohbet ettim. Bana dev bir paket vitamin, protein tozu, ameliyatımla ilgili literatür - ne beklemeliyim vs. ve tıbbi notlarımın kapsamlı bir kopyası verildi. Muhteşem bir konuma sahip olan otele özel transferle götürüldüm. Ben ve kocam boyunca çok rahattık. Bu şirketi tüm kalbimle tavsiye ederim. Ameliyat için “yurtdışına gitme” endişesi her zaman var diye düşünüyorum ama ekibin verimliliği, temizliği, güleryüzlülüğü ve bilgisinden çok etkilendim. Ödediğinizden daha fazlasını alacağınıza inanıyorum ve ameliyat sonrası yeni kilo verme yolculuğuma başlayacağım için çok heyecanlıyım. Artık hiçbir ağrım olmadan evdeyim, yeni beslenme şeklime ve minik karnıma alışmaya çalışıyorum. Hepinize teşekkürler! Gerçekten teşekkür ederim x Tedavi eden: İrem GÜLER Hanım

I am from the UK and I was a nervous wreck even laying on the table prior to the surgery I was crying my eyes out, as I was so scared but all the staff and Dr Belen was so reassuring caring and overall lovely. Irem met me as soon as we landed and has been there throughout. I had slight gas pain after which is normal but they was on top of all pain relief, fluids everything! Couldn’t fault the clinic. I’m 10 weeks post-op and 2st 10b down and feel so much more confident and happier. Thank you for changing my life

Was für eine tolle Erfahrung mit dem freundlichsten, fürsorglichsten und professionellsten Team. Als mein Sohn und ich in Antalya landeten, wurden wir von einem privaten Transferfahrer abgeholt, der uns eine eiskalte Flasche Wasser gab und uns bequem ins Krankenhaus fuhr. Bei meiner Ankunft traf ich Irem, der mich und meinen Sohn willkommen hieß. Irem sprach ausgezeichnetes Englisch. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen, Irem kennt sich in ihrem Fachgebiet hervorragend aus und aufgrund ihrer eigenen Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege wusste ich, dass es mir gut ging. Am ersten Tag meiner Ankunft im Krankenhaus hatte ich alle körperlichen Gesundheitstests mit High-Tech-Geräten erhalten – diese Tests wurden alle am selben Tag nacheinander mit hervorragender Koordination abgeschlossen. Die Einrichtungen waren sauber, ordentlich und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Sie haben sich alle die Zeit genommen, Sie als Person kennenzulernen. Ich wurde nie gesehen oder hatte nie das Gefühl, nur einer ihrer Patienten zu sein. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das private Zimmer mit Bad wurde regelmäßig 3-4 Mal am Tag gereinigt, mit frischen Handtüchern und Decken jeden Tag, ein Bett wurde für meinen Sohn bereitgestellt (der sagte, es sei bequem), ihm wurden auch 3 Mahlzeiten pro Person angeboten Tag aus dem Krankenhaus. Aber da Irem eine wählerische Esserin ist, nahm sie sich Tag und Nacht die Zeit, eine Essenslieferung für meinen Sohn ins Hotel zu organisieren. An manchen Abenden konnte das zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr sein, wenn Irem bereits den ganzen Tag gearbeitet hatte! Aber nichts war für Irem zu viel Aufwand, sie hat sich nicht nur großartig um mich gekümmert, sondern auch um meinen 17-jährigen Sohn. Ich traf die Chirurgin Dr. Belen, die sehr freundlich war und Fragen stellte. Anschließend erläuterte er alle Fragen und erläuterte mit Hilfe von Irem den gesamten Ablauf ausführlich. Dr. Belen ist äußerst sachkundig und äußerst professionell. Nachdem ich ihn kennengelernt hatte, wusste ich sofort, dass ich in guten Händen war. Am nächsten Tag wurde ich zur Operation gebracht, alles verlief perfekt, keine Komplikationen. Ich wurde von den erstaunlichsten, fürsorglichsten und professionellsten Krankenschwestern überwacht. Mein Sohn, der erst 17 Jahre alt war, bekam ein wenig Angst, während ich mich erholte. Er schrieb Irem eine Nachricht, und Irem rief ihn an und erzählte ihm alles, was an den Maschinen passierte (Piepton). Es war alles normal, Irem kontaktierte die diensthabenden Krankenschwestern und arrangierte, dass sie zur Beruhigung ein wenig Zeit mit meinem Sohn verbringen konnten. Nichts war ihnen zu viel Mühe. Ein paar Tage später hatte ich ein Einzelgespräch mit der Ernährungsberaterin, die mir alle Informationen ausführlich erklärt hat. Meine verschwenderische Reise nach der Operation Ich bin sehr detailliert. Ich erhielt eine Tüte mit Nachsorgematerialien, darunter Vitamine, Proteinpulver, Literatur zu meiner Operation und eine vollständige Kopie meiner medizinischen Unterlagen sowie eine DVD der Operation. Ich bin selbst im medizinischen Beruf tätig und habe diese Erfahrung gemacht. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn Sie eine freundliche, fürsorgliche, professionelle und würdevolle Pflege suchen, dann zögern Sie nicht, mit Irem und ihrem Team haben Sie das richtige Team gefunden. Es gibt immer die Sorge, für eine Operation „ins Ausland zu gehen“, ich hatte diese Sorgen und zweifelte an mir selbst, Aber eines kann ich sagen: Sie brauchen sich wirklich keine Sorgen zu machen. Ich habe so viel Zeit damit verbracht, mir vor der Operation Sorgen zu machen, obwohl ich es nicht brauchte. Ich bin 10 Tage nach der Operation und könnte nicht glücklicher sein als jetzt. Ich hatte überhaupt keine Komplikationen, trinke gut, ich befinde mich derzeit im Stadium der dickeren Flüssigkeit, also habe ich selbstgemachte Suppen gemacht, die mir gut schmecken. Seitdem ich das Krankenhaus verlassen habe, habe ich keine Schmerzlinderung erfahren, nicht weil ich sie nicht gelindert hätte, sondern weil ich sie nicht brauchte.
Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung mit dem Krankenhaus und dem gesamten Personal

Ich war so nervös, bevor ich ankam, aber als ich ankam, war Irem da und führte mich durch jeden Schritt des Weges. Die Betreuung, die ich vom Personal erhielt, war unglaublich … Ich wurde ständig überprüft, wechselte meine Bettwäsche und gab mir Medikamente, meine Mutter, die mich kostenlos begleitete, bekam 3 warme Mahlzeiten am Tag. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung mit dem Krankenhaus und dem gesamten Personal

Was für ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Bei der Landung in Antalya wurden wir von einem privaten Transferfahrer abgeholt, der uns bequem zum Krankenhaus fuhr (echtes Krankenhaus, keine kleine Klinik). Dort traf ich Irem, der mich und meinen Mann herzlich begrüßte und ausgezeichnetes Englisch sprach. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen und konnte meine Nerven völlig beruhigen. Irem war unglaublich kompetent – ??mit ihrer eigenen Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege – wir wussten also, dass ich in guten Händen war. Innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach meiner Ankunft im (sehr sauberen) Krankenhaus wurde ich mit High-Tech-Geräten einer Vielzahl körperlicher Gesundheitstests unterzogen – diese Tests hätten in Großbritannien über Monate hinweg stattgefunden, also war ich beeindruckt! Die Einrichtungen waren sauber, ordentlich und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Unsere privaten Zimmer mit Bad wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und jeden Tag, wenn nicht sogar öfter, mit frischen Handtüchern und Decken versorgt. Meinem Mann, der mit mir reiste, wurden vom Krankenhaus drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten. Ich traf den Chirurgen, der ausschließlich bariatrische Operationen durchführt, der sehr freundlich war und Fragen stellte. Er erklärte mir mit Hilfe von Irem, was passieren würde und wie lange ich operiert werden würde usw. An dem Tag, an dem ich zur Operation gebracht wurde, lief alles perfekt. Ich wurde sehr regelmäßig von den liebenswürdigen Krankenschwestern überwacht, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Zustand nach der Operation gut war. Nichts war zu viel Mühe, sie sind so effizient und alle Verfahren wurden genau so durchgeführt, wie man es in Großbritannien sieht (nur schneller). Ich hatte ein persönliches Gespräch mit einer Ernährungsberaterin, die mir sehr detailliert meine Diät zum Abnehmen nach der Operation erklärte. Ich erhielt eine riesige Tüte Vitamine, Proteinpulver, Literatur zu meiner Operation – was mich erwartet usw. und eine umfassende Kopie meiner medizinischen Unterlagen. Ich wurde mit einem privaten Transfer zum Hotel gebracht, das wunderschön war und eine fabelhafte Lage hatte. Ich und mein Mann haben uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich denke, es besteht immer die Sorge, für eine Operation „ins Ausland zu gehen“, aber ich war durchweg von der Effizienz, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und dem Wissen des Teams sehr beeindruckt. Ich glaube, dass Sie mehr bekommen, als Sie bezahlen, und ich freue mich sehr, nach der Operation meine neue Reise zur Gewichtsreduktion zu beginnen. Ich bin jetzt ohne Schmerzen zu Hause und gewöhne mich nur an meine neue Ernährung und meinen kleinen Bauch. Vielen Dank an alle! Ich schätze Sie wirklich x Behandelt von: Frau İrem GÜLER

I was always being checked on and made sure I was comfortable. I flew over on Friday and I left on Tuesday. When I first woke up I was very much shocked but I had 2 nurses who didn’t leave my side until I had come round and was well alert. I have had no problems at all with my surgery it took a little while for my head 2 catch up with my belly and Irem as answered any messages I’ve sent very quickly. My scars are so neat and hardly noticeable now I’ve gone from 16 stone 2 11 stone 9 and I’m comfortable enough to start to maintain my weight at the moment I don’t need any plastic surgery as I’m loving my new body. But I’m 50/50 about having my boobs done and if I do I will 100% be using this team again. I’m even friends with my surgeon on instagram and he always replied 2 my stories or asked me how I’m doing !! I’m currently 2 weeks post op from a gastric sleeve and had the best experience with bridge health travel - I was helped the whole way through by Irem and really owe her so much for helping change my life! From the very start she was so helpful, supportive and caring! It was a massive reason why I picked this company as I had been whatsapping her for months and months before deciding to go ahead and I’m glad I did. My experience during my surgery all the way to going home was also very good. The team and surgeon were very skilled and caring, checking on me throughout the day and Irem is always there for any questions or if you need anything. The rooms were so clean and modern during my stay and it was also very comfortable. If you bring a companion, they also set up a bed next to the hospital bed and 3 meals a day for their everyday which was a very nice gesture. So good for value! And the team really are the best. Wow, what can I say? I had the best experience thanks to bridge health travel (Irem) everything was discussed before I even got a on a plane. As soon as you get to the medstar hospital Irem will be waiting for you with a smile!! You are admitted straight away and the tests begin (they don't waste any time) after my surgery I was always checked on by the nurses/my surgeon and Irem. Going abroad for surgery scared the life out of me but now that I've experienced it I would 100% recommend and go back again! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting any work done. I genuinely couldn't explain how exceptional they were, from the very start to the very end. Super clean and friendly place, who treat you like VIP. Every single staff member genuinely cares for you and is always making sure you are OK. I even had cleaners coming to me all the time and making sure I'm OK or if I needed anything. Also, there was an Amazing lady called Irem who assisted me through everything, and she also kept in contact with my husband who was back home, to tell him everything was OK with me and assured him all the way whilst I was in recovery. But honestly, me explaining my experience is nothing compared to the actual experience. I couldn't recommend them enough

What a fantastic experience. Upon landing in Antalya we were met by a private transfer driver who drove us in comfort to the hospital (real hospital, not a small clinic). There I met Irem who welcomed myself and husband warmly and spoke excellent English. She answered all questions and was able to calm my nerves entirely. Irem was incredibly knowledgable - with her own nursing experience - so we knew I was in good hands. In 2 hours of arriving at the (very clean) hospital, I had received a multitude of physical health tests using high-tech equipment - these tests would have taken place over months in the UK so I was impressed! The facilities were clean, tidy and the staff extremely friendly. Our private en-suite rooms were cleaned regularly, with fresh towels and blankets every day, if not more often. My husband who travelled with me was offered 3 meals per day from the hospital. I met the surgeon - who performs bariatric surgery solely - who was very friendly and encouraged questions. He explained, with the help of Irem, what was going to happen and how long I would be in surgery etc. On the day I was taken to surgery, everything went perfectly well. I was monitored by the loveliest nurses very regularly to ensure my post-op condition was good. Nothing was too much trouble, they are so efficient and all procedures were done absolutely as you would see in the UK (just quicker). I had a 1-2-1 conversation with a dietician who explained my wasting journey post-surgery I’m great detail. I was given a giant bag of vitamins, protein powders, literature regarding my surgery - what to expect etc and a comprehensive copy of my medical notes. I was taken by private transfer to the hotel, which was lovely in a fabulous location. Myself and husband were very comfortable throughout. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. I think there is always the worry about “going abroad” for surgery, but I was so impressed by the efficiency, cleanliness, friendliness and knowledge of the team throughout. I believe you get more than what you pay for and I am very excited to start my new weight loss journey post-surgery. I couldn’t have asked for any better- from the VIP transfers to the hospital .. the actual surgery .. the care I received from everyone including the nurses. The surgeon checks up on the before and after surgery. Irem was with me the whole way if I needed her - she is a wee gem! The hotel was lovely…. If I could give my experience of this surgery 10 stars I would. I’m back home 6 weeks tomorrow and feeling fine!! I didn’t even have the gas pain afterwards! I could go on and on about my treatment but honestly, if you’re in doubt - do it! Just wish I had sooner.
